Q. Where's the pricing information for your photos?

A. Click on the image you're interested in, and it will open a new window with keywords listed on the right-hand side. At the top of that page, you'll see "View Options and Prices". That will open a new window showing the size and price options.

Q. What payment methods do you accept?

A. I accept credit cards and all methods offered through PayPal. You do not need to have a PayPal account to use the Shopping Cart feature.

Q. Will you ship outside of North America?

A. Absolutely! I will gladly ship anywhere in the world. Shipping costs are automatically added to your order through the Shopping Cart.

Q. Will my prints arrive framed?

A. Not unless you specifically request it. All my prices are based on prints only.

Q. Do you sign your prints?

A. Yes, to identify the piece as a work of orignal art. I do, however, ensure the signature is small and in an area that should be covered by a matt when the print is framed. If you would like the signature more visible, please leave your request in the comments field when you're placing your order.

Q. Why are some pictures offered in larger sizes than others?

A. Different cameras were used at different points, which affects the maximum enlargement. I have given options for the largest, highest quality prints possible with which I'd be completely satisfied. Some of the Ireland and Southwest pictures can go up to 11x14, but they're all perfect as 8x10s. If that's something you're looking for, please contact me and I'll let you know whether the particular print(s) you're looking at can be enlarged to that size.

Q. How long will it take to get my prints once I've ordered them?

A. Well, that depends on the size of the prints. Anything 8x10 and smaller, I should be able to get back from the lab within 24 hours of submitting the order. That means that your order should be mailed within 2-3 days of order confirmation. Then, it's at the mercy of the postal service. North American orders should arrive within 5-10 business days, and international orders could take up to 3 weeks. For larger sizes, please allow an addition 1-3 weeks for delivery (I'm at the mercy of the processing lab). I will notify you by email as soon as your order has been shipped.

Q. What if I get receive my order and the picture was damaged in transit, or I don't like the way the picture turned out?

A. If the picture arrives damaged, or if the picture quality isn't to your satisfaction, simply send it back. I'll either replace the photo with another one of your choice or provide a full refund.
