I have provided printing options and prices for what I feel would likely be the most common requests. But that doesn't mean it's all that's available!

1. All of my photographs are sold as prints only, not framed. Generally speaking, I don't sell them framed or matted, because I believe that framing a photo is a very personal thing. I'm quite happy to provide fully framed and matted prints, though, so if that's your preference, please contact me for pricing.

2. If you see a photo that isn't in a colour format you'd like, or not offered in a medium you'd prefer (i.e.: printed on canvas, framed, matted, etc.) please feel free to contact me and I'd be happy to discuss additional options with you.

3. In order to keep prices down (for me and for my customers), I send the orders to the print lab as I get the requests. For smaller prints (8x10 and under), print turn around can be as little as a day. But for some of the larger prints, it can take two weeks, and in some cases three, for me to get the photo back from the lab. I send the files to the lab for printing within 24 hours of receiving the order, but once it's at the lab, it's out of my hands (sadly). So just please keep that in mind, and remember that I always ship out orders to customers as soon as I possibly can. I'm all about keeping the lines of communication open, so if for any reason it seems to be taking longer to get your print(s) than I think it should, I'll contact you to let you know the status. I will also email you as soon as your order is shipped.

4. I do sign my prints, though the signature is very small and in a spot that should be able to be covered by a matt when framed (so it won't ruin the look of the picture). If you would like your prints signed where the signature is visible, even after matting and framing, please request it in the comments field when placing your order.

5. I will happily ship prints anywhere in the world. If you're from the Toronto area (or general vicinity) and would prefer to pick up your prints in person, that could most likely be arranged. Simply drop me an email and we can discuss the logistics.

6. You can pay by credit card or through PayPal. You do not need to have a PayPal account to purchase from my site.
